Ian is a seasoned photographer based in the tech hub of San Jose, California.

My journey in photography began at a young age, experimenting with my family's Polaroid and Kodak Disc cameras. In high school, I had the privilege of taking a photography class while concurrently working as a lab technician at Photo Drive Up, a now-defunct photo store. Throughout college, I continued to pursue my passion through additional coursework, but it wasn't until 1999 when my fascination with photography reached its peak. That pivotal year marked my introduction to digital cameras, igniting a passion that has since defined my career.

Photography is not merely a profession for me; it is the essence of my exploration of the world and its inhabitants. I am drawn to the challenge of capturing the perfect composition, harnessing light, color, and exposure to breathe life into my subjects, be they portraits, products, or events. I derive immense satisfaction from transforming moments into enduring memories or crafting visual assets that resonate with families and organizations alike.
